Bug fix: For the "Update Available" window, which had cropped buttons on desktops with a DPI that wasn't 100%. Thanks for the report, Robert. Enchancement: Creating new folders from the Power menu now refreshes the target folder instantly, so the new folders are seen immediately instead of after a short delay. Enhancement: Pasting a Registry key into the Command box (to open it in RegEdit) will now open a new instance of RegEdit specifically for it (so you don't lose your place in any existing RegEdit). Enhancement: Sometimes trying to click the first thumbnail's text in the "Work Overview" window would fail. This is not a Toolbox bug, but a Windows bug (https://superuser.com/questions/1868863/why-can-t-i-click-in-windows-just-above-the-taskbar). AlomWare Toolbox fixes this issue by making that area clickable again. Maintenance: Other minor bug and stability fixes, code optimisations, and cosmetic text changes. |

Bug fix: For saved window opening states not always working for UWP apps (such as the Windows Calculator). Bug fix: The "Action: Repeat this block" steps were not being selected when "Select block/routine" was chosen. Bug fix: For the middle mouse button not showing the Power menu on UWP apps (you had to click very close to the top of it). Bug fix: For the "ClipboardSave to desktop as a text file" default action. (A variable name had been changed but not updated in the action). Click the "Action Wizard" button in the "Automation" tab and then select "Add default actions" from the menu to overwrite the old action. Bug fix: For the "FilesRecreate a Base64 file" default action. (A variable name had been changed but not updated in the action). Click the "Action Wizard" button in the "Automation" tab and then select "Add default actions" from the menu to overwrite the old action. Major enhancement: You can now right-click an action's block or routine to collapse (fold) it, to hide/show the steps inside it. Enhancement: After filtering a list (such as the Clipboard list), the list now gets the keyboard focus after the filter is applied. Enhancement: The Clipboard and Screenshots lists now have right-click menu item called "Filter start", which filters those lists using the starting word of the selected item. For example, this is handy to select all "Notification" items in the Screenshot list without having to manually set a filter for them. Enhancement: Using the "Action Wizard" function to save window states (all or current) no longer includes any of AlomWare Toolbox's windows, and now also includes each sound volume level for the window(s). Enhancement: The "Window: Put inside other window" step now accepts "none" to specified, to take the assigned window back out of the other window that it was previously placed into. Add |

Bug fix: When the app's window is minimized and you press its main hotkey to show it, it now shows again. Bug fix: When setting a window's transparency from the Power menu, the transparency slider could be off the desktop if the target window was at a desktop corner. Bug fix: When setting a window's opening state (and for PC States), the app could incorrectly remove the transparency layer of some windows (such as for "OpenStickies"). Addition: New menu option called "Help > Visit our online forum for discussion". Should be self-explanatory. :) The forum is new so please join and contribute. Thanks! Enhancement: The "Clipboard: Assign text" now supports "{list:#}" as a value, to copy the clipboard history list item from that position (# = 1-100 only). For example, specifying "{list:1}" will copy the latest clipboard history item back into the clipboard. Enhancement: The "Folder: Assign" step now accepts "active" as a value, so you can use this step as an alternative to the "Folder: Assign active" step. Enhancement: The "Web: Download to" step now checks for the target's actual existence before downloading it. Previously this could fail if the target was missing, making this step inadvertently download a "404 Not Found" error file instead. Maintenance: Other miscellaneous internal bug and stability fixes, code optimisations, and cosmetic text changes. |
