Memory Optimizations: Moved large wavetable arrays from stack to heap using std::unique_ptr. Added wavetable 64-byte alignment for optimal cache line usage. Implemented prefetching for better cache performance. Performance Improvements: Replaced bubble sort with std::sort for faster MIDI event processing. Optimized wavetable linear interpolation formula. Added branchless operation for oscillator shape functions. Implemented function branchless lookup using bit manipulation. Bug Fixes: Fixed wavetable file loading and regeneration. Corrected MIDI pitch wheel handling to properly process 14-bit values. |
