FinalBuilder IDE: BUG - Fixed issue with unsaved projects not painting action status and progress. BUG - Welcome page - fixed spacing between project and delete button. FinalBuilder Actions: BUG - Signotaur Action - Fixed output encoding for newer versions of Signotaur. BUG - Delphi Action - Fixed DPM support when changing Delphi platform via script. BUG - C++ Builder Action - was not expanding variables after reading the IntermediateOutputDir from the project file. Enhancement - DPM Restore Action - Added Delphi 12.0 support.
